ZAUPALI TI BOMO NASLEDNJE ODGOVORNOSTI: 

  • načrtovanje in organizacija dela znotraj ekipe za pomoč uporabnikov,
  • izvajanje usposabljanja zaposlenih v ekipi,
  • komunikacija s strankami preko telefona, elektronske pošte ali drugih medijev,
  • svetovanje strankam o izbiri primerne logistične storitve,
  • komuniciranje s poslovnimi partnerji,
  • oddajanje naročil za izvajanje logističnih storitev,
  • koordinacija izvajanja logističnih storitev,
  • izvajanje drugih del po navodilih nadrejenih.

VEŠČINE, KI JIH PRIČAKUJEMO: 

  • zaključena najmanj (V.) stopnja izobrazbe,
  • vsaj eno leto delovnih izkušenj na primerljivem delovnem mestu,
  • veselje do dela z ljudmi in potrpežljivost pri komunikaciji s strankami,

  • aktivno znanje angleščine, znanje drugega tujega jezika predstavlja prednost.

RESPONSIBILITIES WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH 

  • planning and organizing the work of the customer support team,
  • provide training for the team's staff,
  • communicating with customers by phone, email or other media,
  • advising customers on the choice of the appropriate logistics service,
  • communicating with business partners,
  • placing orders for transport with logistics services,
  • coordinating the provision of logistics services,
  • carrying out other work as directed by your superiors.

SKILLS WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING TO THE TEAM 

  • have completed at least (V.) level of education,
  • at least one year professional experience in a comparable function,
  • a joy for working with people and patience when communicating with clients,
  • reliability, conscientiousness and a positive attitude,
  • an active knowledge of English, a knowledge of another foreign language would be an advantage.
