ZAUPALI TI BOMO NASLEDNJE ODGOVORNOSTI 

  • Pomoč pri razvoju in izvajanju postopkov spremljanja kakovosti v operativnem oddelku,
  • spremljanje komunikacije s strankami (po telefonu, elektronski pošti ali drugih medijih) v operativnem oddelku,
  • ocenjevanje in točkovanje komunikacije s strankami,
  • ugotavljanje napak in pomanjkljivosti v komunikaciji s strankami,
  • dokumentiranje in poročanje o rezultatih,
  • zagotavljanje povratnih informacij in usposabljanj za osebje v operativnem oddelku,
  • pomoč pri pripravi gradiva za usposabljanje.

VEŠČINE, KI JIH PRIČAKUJEMO

  • delovne izkušnje s strankami vsaj 1 leto,
  • tekoče znanje angleščine, znanje drugega tujega jezika predstavlja prednost,
  • odlične sposobnosti zbiranja in analize podatkov,
  • dobre komunikacijske spretnosti, ustne in pisne,
  • usmerjenost v podrobnosti in ukrepanje.

RESPONSIBILITIES WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH 

  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality monitoring procedures in the Operations Department,
  • monitoring communication with customers (via telephone, e-mail or other media) in the Operations Department,
  • assessing and scoring customer communication in the Operations Department,
  • identification of errors and shortcomings in customer communication,
  • documenting and reporting on results,
  • providing feedback and coaching sessions to Operations staff,
  • suggesting operational and process improvements,
  • assisting in the development of training material.

SKILLS WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Working experience with customers at least 1 year,
  • ability to use experience to analyse data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement,
  • English at Advanced level, another language is a plus,
  • excellent data collection and analysis skills,
  • good communication skills, both verbal and written,
  • comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading.
  • detail- and action-oriented.
