  • oddajanje naročil za izvajanje logističnih storitev,

    RESPONSIBILITIES WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH  

  • communication with customers via phone, email and other channels,
  • placing orders with logistics companies,
  • communication with couriers and other partners, 
  • collaboration with financial department and other operational departments.

    SKILLS WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING TO THE TEAM

  • a minimum level V. education,
  • an active knowledge of English and Portuguese,
  •  a desire to work with people and effective communication with customers,
  • reliability, conscientiousness and a positive attitude,
  • experience in customer support is a plus.
