  • vsaj eno leto podobnih izkušenj (uspeh strank, vodja računa itd.),
  • aktivni uporabnik sistemov CRM (Pipedrive, Salesforce itd.),
  • močna usmerjenost k storitvam/strankam,

RESPONSIBILITIES WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH

  • take efficient action oriented towards the main goal of supporting newly registered users to their 10th shipment,
  • onboard and develop a roadmap to provide customer success and adoption,
  • follow best practices to bring clients onboard in the stipulated timeframe to ensure revenue recognition per forecast,
  • maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with the customer,
  • work with customers to refine their business goals and objectives,
  • ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication,
  • establish future opportunities for customers to further.

SKILLS WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING TO THE TEAM

  • advanced level of English + German/Portuguese/Croatian/French or another relevant lanaguage,
  • at least 1 year of experience in a similar field (customer success, account manager or similar) ,
  • active user of CRM (Pipedrive, Salesforce or similar),
  • strong client orientation,
  • analytical and proactive approach.
