Strong knowledge of logistics (at least 2 years of proven experience in international logistics companies like DSV, DB Schenker, GW, DHL, Intereuropa, a forwarding company or a road carrier) - is a must;
Knowledge / experience in air / sea logistics is a plus;
At least 2 years of people management experience: target-setting, monitoring, business processes development ( Head of Sales / Head of Business Development / Head of Customer Support);
Experience with handling big amount of leads and organization of the workflow of agents (mainly for road transportation);
Understanding of the international market (mostly European), of the pricing logic and of potential opportunities for the company;
Advanced/Fluent level of English;
CRM systems active user (Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.);
Analytical and proactive thinking, problem-solving skills;
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, team-player;
Strong service/client-oriented attitude.
Conduct meetings with a team to anticipate problems before they arise, solve possible problems that emerge from day to day operations;
Analyzing a workflow, automation of processes to increase and track the productivity;
Follow big deals, analyze special cases, overdue activities, deal flows;
Improving the pipeline processes: calls, emails, communication, knowledge sharing about logistics and sales etc;
Set up a process to manage, motivate and mentor a team in the long run;
Follow KPIs, individual approach to every agent to keep the motivation on a high level.
